We attach great importance to monitoring and evaluating the quality of the services we provide. We have strategies in place to evaluate service delivery that include conducting regular surveys by questionnaire, telephone and face to face audits with people who use our services and their advocates, as well as carrying out compliance and audit checks with all our staff.

We are regulated by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) (Location ID: 1-1233887220). Please click here to see our most recent inspection report by the Care Quality Commission (CQC).

During the inspection, CQC found that Woodford had met all of the fundamental standards.
